Schools Store Exchange & Refund Policy
We ask that you choose your items carefully before placing your order - we will not offer exchanges or returns if you simply change your mind.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email firstname.lastname@example.org stating your order number and reason and one of our customer service team members will assist and provide return details.
You may return it within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund providing the following is met:
1. Original proof of purchase, a receipt, is supplied
2. Goods are in unworn/unused original condition with any tags still attached
3. Goods are returned within 30 days of purchase.
Goods must be received prior to action being made. We cannot be held accountable for returned goods that are lost in transit (we suggest that these are packed appropriately and sent via registered post) or the postage costs associated in returning the unwanted goods.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Basketball Australia, on behalf of Schools Store for Aussie Hoops aim to provide you with superior customer service and delivery. Delivery of your parcel can be expected within 3-5 business days within Victoria, 5-7 business days for all other metro areas in Australia and 7-10 business days for regional addresses. Certain circumstances may cause the delivery of your order to be delayed, so please allow up to 14 business days for your order to arrive. In the event that you do not receive your order within the specified times above, we recommend that you check your local post office as your parcel may have been redirected without notice. Alternatively, you can contact the Basketball Australia team directly at email@example.com for assistance. You will receive ownership of the goods upon their delivery to you.
Can I change my order?
Please check all details when placing your order as orders cannot be changed once submitted. In the event the incorrect shipping details have been entered please email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible and we will attempt to remedy this. In the event your order has been processed and is unable to be changed we cannot accept any responsibility regarding delivery if we have delivered to the address stated on the order.
Can I track my order?
Upon dispatch of your order, we can supply a tracking number at your request. To receive your tracking number please contact email@example.com.
Will I receive a Tax Invoice?
Yes - all orders receive an order confirmation email, and a purchase receipt email.
Have I successfully completed my order?
When you have successfully completed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you don't receive an email, please check your order, check all details have been entered correctly and try to re-nter your order.
Can goods be sent overseas?
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally.
Order might be lost or misplaced in transit?
We use reliable Australia Post mailing services; however, mishaps sometimes do occur. All items are checked thoroughly before packaging with care. Should a package be delayed, arrive damaged or not at all, please contact us promptly so we can discuss the issue by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org All goods are sent with the greatest care. Basketball Australia is not liable for any damage that is caused during the delivery process. Any claims please email email@example.com and we will be happy to assist you in the unlikely event.
Events beyond our control
Basketball Australia shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so, or for any damage to goods delivered, which is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident or event deemed to be a force majeure.
